The best advice I ever heard as a new parent was from a sweet older man in a grocery store. He said this:
“The nights are long, but the years are short.”
Oh, mama. How right he was!
I should have known….
Before my son was born, I didn’t think I really liked babies. (Go ahead, laugh at me. I deserve it.)
When he arrived, he rocked my whole world! I went into his newborn photography session with a little squirming, pink, bald baby who I considered the most perfect human to ever exist.
And then I got the photos….
They were absolutely stunning! The photographer saw the same thing I did! I was in tears seeing my perfect baby boy that way. And when I realized that even just a few weeks later he looked completely different, I was even more glad I had those photos.
That’s where you come in!
After realizing how important those photos are to me, I knew I wanted to create the same kind of images for other people.

Some of the most treasured items we have are our childhood photos. If my home were to catch on fire, I would try to save my baby album. That’s why I know that your baby will grow up to cherish these photos.

I have all the props, outfits for babies and even some outfits for older siblings. Most of the props are hand made by yours truly, so with enough notice before a session I can knit or sew something extra special just for you.
Come in, relax, and let me take over with your little one for awhile. Heck, some parents even stretch out on the couch and take a nap!
